Richard JaffeBegan working at the Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe while finishing Law School at night. As a paralegal, drafted motions and memoranda of law, and conducted extensive legal research, focusing on insurance, liability and health care issues. After being admitted to the bar, became an associate of the firm, representing seriously injured persons, health care facilities and doctors. Stephen CohenFounded the practice in 1980 focusing on personal injury litigation and insurance law.

Represented thousands of injured parties in automobile accidents, trip and fall cases, construction accidents, and the like.

Divested the practice into No-Fault collection in both the arbitration and judicial forums,   representing health care providers against insurance carriers for collection of bills relating to the treatment of individuals injured in automobile accidents. Read more

Aaron J. Perretta

Aaron J. Perretta is an associate at the Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe, LLP, where he focuses his practice on No-Fault litigation, handling both trials and motion practice. Mr. Perretta earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was on the Senior Bar of St John's Moot Court team, served as the news editor of "The Forum," and was a representative in the school's Student Bar Association. Mr. Perretta admitted to practice in New York State.

Jacqueline M. Nichols

Jacqueline M. Nichols is an associate at the Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe, LLP, where she focuses her practice on No-Fault litigation. Ms. Nichols received her Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D.
