QUEENS, NEW YORK – A tragic collision involving a bicyclist and a truck resulted in the death of the cyclist near the intersection of 4th Avenue and 34th Street on Monday morning at approximately 7:35 a.m.
According to reports from New York City officials, the accident occurred when the truck driver, while attempting to make a right turn, struck the bicyclist. Emergency services, including firefighters and paramedics, arrived promptly at the scene to render assistance. Despite their efforts to revive the victim, the individual was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
